Our story
It started with a frustration.
In 2002, two brothers — one of them a proud veteran — got tired of watching East Tennessee neighbors get pushed into systems they didn't need by high-pressure sales reps. They believed there was a better way to run an HVAC company: diagnose honestly, recommend the right fix (not the most expensive one), and stand behind every job.
Twenty-plus years later, that's still exactly how we operate. Two brothers became a close family crew that now brings 80+ years of combined heating & cooling experience to every call — and our neighbors keep telling their neighbors about us.
We're not the biggest HVAC company in Knoxville. We never tried to be. We're the one whose phone gets answered by a person who knows your name on the second call.
